Country Bank for Kids is the online companion to our “$avings Makes $ense” school banking program. $avings Makes $ense is a banking program designed to teach students the importance of banking, economics and finance. Through the cooperation of your child’s school and Country Bank for Savings, students learn how to save money and about the importance of money in their lives. Students become actively involved in the program by depositing funds at school during “banking day” into real savings accounts established at Country Bank. Students, teachers, adult volunteers from the school community and a bank representative from Country Bank organize and run the school banking day.
