If you want something you can’t afford right away, the best way to receive it is to save for it. Saving money also means you’ll have it when you need it in an emergency, such as when your bicycle needs repairs. You may also be saving for that special something that you really want. There are things in life you will need to save for like college, a car, a house. It may take a while until you have saved enough to buy these things but you will feel really good knowing you earned it!

Saving Your Money
This is very important but there are also other things about money that are important like:

Earning Your Money
The older you get, the more you are likely to want your own money. To receive it, you will have to earn it either by getting paid for doing chores around the house and getting an allowance or by getting a job of your own.

Spending Your Money
Spending money on things you want may be a lot of fun. But spending has its own set of responsibilities. You have to make sure you don’t buy so many things you want that you don’t have money for things you need.

Growing Your Money
When you save your money, Country Bank will pay you extra money which is called interest. This way you will see that the more you save the more money the bank will give you. Interest is like a reward!

Sharing Your Money
Giving some of your money to others is a good thing to do because it helps people who are less fortunate than you are, including those who are ill or unable to provide for things they really need. A good example is a local food pantry. Any dollar amount will matter.
